Hi there!
You may watch the APARN website and have said to yourself, “I remember her from last summer!” Yes, it’s me, Aubrie, and I’m back for you! There were circumstances beyond my control, but I am still the same sweet and loving girl waiting for you to come meet me!
I am 6 years old, and my birthday is 7-27-2004; that makes me a Leo. What’s your sign? I take early morning walks (always with my harness and leash) with the other pugs in my foster home and I do really well walking together. When we get back home we all get brushed (that saves a lot of shedding) and after eating we all get our nose wrinkles cleaned. I sleep on a nice dog pillow alongside the bed at night but I would prefer to be in your bed.
I had a huge bladder stone removed back in July, so I need a home that will commit to feeding me only the correct prescription dog food for the rest of my life. I also need a firm commitment (as do all of the APARN pugs!) that I will be kept on monthly heartworm preventative as well. You may not know it (even your vet may not know it), but Heartworm disease is in Arizona! Prevention is so easy, and lots better than the alternative! Please talk to your vet today about making sure any dogs you have now are protected against heartworm disease.
Do you believe you can do all the things I need to keep me happy and healthy? I’m worth it you know.
Well, my chat time is up for now but you can fill out the application on line today. See you at the adoption events!
Love, Aubrie
