Hi my name is Barre and I am 10 months old. I know my name is spelled kind of funny isn’t it, well my foster dad and foster Grammy named me. They are from Vermont and they lived in a town named Barre and thought it was a nice name and a different kind of spelling then the regular Berry!

I was a stray found running down the road, and a nice lady picked me up and took me in, but couldn’t keep me and turned me over to APARN.

My foster mom says I am a little cutie, she calls me small because I only weigh 15lbs! I am in need of some house training, but with all my foster brothers and sister I should get the hang of if pretty quickly.

Atticus is one of my foster brothers and is just a little younger than I am. He told me he figured it all out pretty quickly, so if he can I know I can too.

I love to sit in my foster mom’s lap, I would rather do that than snuggle with one of the pugs living here.

I just got checked out by the vet and was given a clean bill of health and even got my surgery today and feel pretty good.

I like to give kisses even if you don’t ask for them. I don’t over do it though, just enough for you to enjoy.
