Read my story...

Hi!  My name is Beau.

My foster mommy named me Beau, because I am a little lover! She says I am so sweet! My brother, Cyrus & I were found wandering on our own. We both had fleas & ticks, but no collars or microchips.  Nobody called the phone number on the posters to claim us, so APARN welcomed us in.

I went to the vet and had a very thorough check up. I was limping, but not now, and I also had some skin problems. He said the skin problems were probably from the fleas. The vet says my left back knee slips in & out sometimes, he called it a luxating patella, but right now it is ok. He also checked me for mites and valley fever. Both came back ok.

I am doing so much better now that I am getting good food and tender loving care. I am a little smaller than my brother Cyrus. I weigh 17.5 pounds. I think I am about 2 years old.

Like my brother, I have never been proper house manners, so I need a family who is very patient with me to teach me proper house manners. Are you that family?

I will be ready for my new family after I get fixed, although I thought I was already fixed since I am feeling so much better, but my foster parents say I will be soon.

Please fill out my adoption application today so I can go home with you as soon as I am available!
