I've been Adopted!

8/27/09:  Bernie had a skin scrape and happy to report his Demodex Mange is gone! He also just had a dental done and had 6 bad teeth removed and is feeling so much better!

Hi, my name is Bernie and I am a hunk! 

My amazing good looks and super sweet personality are sure to win you over! I love love love people! I like to cuddle and help keep you company. If asked, I will even give you kisses! And my breath is fresh because I had a dental! 

I have a cute little stub for a tail; I am not sure what happened to the rest of it, but you know when I am happy because my whole rear end swings back and forth! It is so cute, it looks like Im doing a happy dance, which I am!

I am really smart and know how to use a doggy door! I am a good boy and don’t touch anything when no one is home, but I am crate trained if needed too. Right now I am sleeping in bed and I sleep through the night and don’t budge or bother my foster mom until she wakes up. I am a gentleman for sure!

I walk perfectly on leash and make a great walking companion. I get along with other dogs, however, I would really like to either be an only dog, or have just one other dog in the house. I also like kids, people and am overall an amazing dog!

Overall I am a healthy active pug, but I am on maintenance thyroid medicine to keep my thyroid working right. And I also have a history of bladder crystals, so I have to be on a special food, which again is no big deal, as I am not a picky eater.

I am ready for my forever home. I look forward to meeting you!
