I’m Bogart, the most handsome five-year old fawn boy you’d ever want to meet (or so I’m told).

I’m a really healthy, cute little guy, though I’m still a little nervous with all these new pug brothers and sisters. Wow, they are quite a crew, but a couple of them have turned out to be pretty good playmates and I do love to play. I especially like my stuffed monkey and sometimes I’m even willing to share it with the others.

I’m all up to date on all my shots and even recently had a teeth cleaning, so my pearly whites really are! I get pretty upset if I’m outside and foster mom is inside—she says that’s because somebody in my past made me stay outside. I know how to use the doggie door, but sometimes I forget it’s there and foster mom has to open the door and reassure me that I don’t have to stay outside any more. At first, I marked a few times in the house, but now that I’m feeling more secure, I’m doing much better about that bad habit.

I don’t jump up on furniture, but I really do love sitting in foster mom’s lap and giving her pug kisses. She says sitting on her lap is not really getting on the furniture. I’ve had a couple of homes because of “circumstances,” whatever that means, so I really, really want to find my forever home and not worry about having to move again.
