Read my story...

My name is Cookie, and I am 4 years old. I came to my foster mom’s house with my brother Clyde.

I am a big girl, but I have already lost 5 pounds. My foster mom is very proud of me. Since my brother & I were raised together my foster mom has been working with me to become more social. I was very shy, but now I love sitting on my momís lap & just being near her.

When I first came to my foster home I was having trouble getting along with my new sister, but now we are really good friends. We play all the time. I also love my toys and running after them. When I was a puppy I was in an accident, and I have a plate in one of my shoulders. It seemed like it was holding me back, but it turns out that being overweight is what was holding me back.

I can run & jump just as well as any other Pug! I never jump on people though because that would be rude. I also know how to use the dog door, and I rarely have accidents in the house. My mom does leave a puppy pad out for me, and I have been known to use that occasionally.

My brother & I love to clean each other’s faces. I would like to be adopted with my brother, but if I could just find “my person” I would be ok without him. I hope you will come to an event and meet me. I can’t wait to find my forever home.
