Dazey

Hi my name is Dazey and I am about 11 yrs young. Don’t you love the fancy spelling of my name? I just thought Daisy was too simple, I needed something more special.

I do have a nickname that I like, it’s “Doodle Poodle”. My old owner gave it to me, and I just fell in love with it.

I have a little arthritis going on in my back end, but it doesn’t stop me. I am sure a lot of you reading this have a little arthritis going on too, well maybe not in your back end!

I have a trick, now I am going to share it with you, so if you adopt me you will have to keep doing it, OK? You need to get really close to me, and in a growly kind of voice say “I love you, I love you,” and keep going because I will start to kinda growl / talk - that is my way of saying it back to you.

I have been getting along with my foster brother, and I am pretty quiet, I am not high maintenance like some of those other young black pugs in rescue. In fact, one of the foster moms wanted to trade her young spunky black pug for me, I couldn’t believe it? I know I almost fainted, no one has been that crazy about me in a looong time.

OK, enough about me, I want you to come and tell me all about you and what a great home you have and how I would fit right in.
