Houdini, the great escape artist, actor and magician. Those are nice things but they really do not describe me.

I am Houdini the pug. I am a well behaved five year old male. Escape Artist? I do not want to escape – I want to be front and center on your lap, in your face. You see, I love attention.

Actor? Foster Mom says I am beautiful enough to be a well paid actor just like Brad Pitt.

She said that’s because I have a beautiful dark face and I am the perfect weight. No flab on me like some other pugs whose names we will not mention. (I wanted to give Foster Mom some tips on how to lose her flab but the resident pug said it was probably not a good idea).

Magician? I don’t know any magic either, but you know what, I do know how to use the doggie door.

I don’t mark or have accidents in the house. I also like to go on walks. At first I was uncertain about them and was running all over. But now I walk nicely on the leash right by foster mom’s side.

You know what would be magical? It would be the relationship you and I have when you come to meet me. I know we will get along so well together.

I am also real laid back. I am really not into being the alpha dog. Why do all that work when I can be in you lap instead.
