Hi Everyone, I’m Jake, a cute little 6 year old black male pug who (as my foster Mommy says) is one of the cutest and sweetest little guys she has ever fostered. You would never guess I’m 6 years old as I look like I’m barely older than a puppy and have good energy too, but don’t worry - I don’t run around like a wild child!

I am a compact pug, weighing in at a little over 17 pounds, small in stature but big on personality! I love to run around the backyard with my foster buddies and water the bushes (if you know what I mean! hee hee). I get along well with my foster puggies (both male and female) and love to snuggle up with all of them and Foster Mommy at night. I like to sit on Foster Mommy’s chest and watch her sleep so I know I am secure and I can protect her from anything bad.

I would love to meet you at an upcoming APARN event. I really want to find my forever home and family so I can get on with happy times. I love my Foster family but I really want a family of my own to love. I promise to love you and make you smile and laugh. I am housebroken, but still use a belly band just to make sure I know the rules. I love playing with the stuffed duck toys that make cool sounds when I bite them. I would love to play “get the duck” with you!

I have been to the vet for my shots, bloodwork, microchip and neuter, and I am a healthy and happy little boy!
