Hi, I am Keoshi and my twin sister is Kabuki.

We are a pair of little 5 year old black pugs, about 12.5 pounds each. We have been together our whole lives, and the great folks at APARN told us not to worry, they will make sure we get adopted together! That made us happy, because we are just a little shy. I am the less outgoing of the two, and Keoshi tends to hide behind me when we meet new people.

So when you meet us, don’t be offtended if I don’t jump up and give you kisses right away. My sister tells me that everything will be okay, and if you give me some time, I will come around.

We are still getting used to the big city of Phoenix, as we used to live in the Prescott area.  It isn’t as cold here, which we like. Although I must say that Kabuki especially likes dressing for the weather, and she has several stylish outfits.  I’m not a big fan of dress up, but I love wearing sweaters in the winter!

We are good on leash walks, and we are house trained, so we know not to go potty in the house. We both love sitting on laps!  We will share one lap, or each sit on a different lap, depending on what is available. We are shy when meeting new dogs, but if they are nice to us, then we will relax and not be afraid.

Be sure to put our names on it somewhere - Kabuki and Keoshi.  We really want to find our new family soon. We are looking forward to getting all settled in and relaxing on your lap while you watch TV!
