ADOPTED BLACK PUPPIES
I've been Adopted!
Adopted: October 2011Click on pug picture for larger image

Hi, my name is Ling Ling, and I am a 2-year old black female pug. Me and my sister Opie, a 3 year old fawn pug came from a home that found themselves with too many pugs. I know, you are thinking “there can never be too many pugs!” But you know what, there actually can be. As the number of pugs in the house goes up, the amount of quality time available for each pug goes down, and as you know, that is not what we pugs like to see happen!
Anyway, we came to APARN together, me and Opie, and after a couple of weeks in foster care, we have finally helped foster mom see that we have to stay together. We both weigh about 14.5 pounds, and everyone who meets us says we are super cute. I am very shy and frighten easily, and it takes a while for me not to be afraid of people. My sister Opie is a pretty easy outgoing girl. I depend on Opie and she takes care of me. We both know how to “sit” and we both know and answer to our names.
When people aren’t available to play with us, we just hang out together. There are other pugs here in our foster home, but we really don’t engage with them too much, we just stick with each other. We both love chewing on the cow hoof things that foster mom buys. They are great fun, and we like to chew on them while we sit on a lap! We don’t care if other pugs are on the lap too, we share!
Foster mom says if you don’t have any pugs (or maybe just have 1 or 2) and are looking to adopt a pair of sweet pug girls, you couldn’t find a better pair than me and Opie I have to admit, I think she is right!
Why not fill out the adoption application, and email it to APARN! We are ready to find our forever home, and promise you won’t be sorry you chose us!
