Hey! I’m Link, as in the missing piece to your happy Pug future!
I came to APARN after being found wandering around a bad part of town with my friends and believe me, it wasn’t too fun. Thank goodness that some great people picked us up and got us to a nice vet that gave me a bath! I know the ladies love a stinky Pug but my foster dad wanted me to be kissably fresh while I waited for my forever home.
I’m not really one to talk about myself, but since it’s just you and me I’ll let you in on a secret… I’m amazing. Shh! It’s a secret. My foster brother was laughing at me because I was wearing a belly band when I first came home but turns out, I don’t need one! I haven’t had any accidents in the house, and I know how to use the doggy door like a pro. I absolutely love when you rub my back because it makes me go crazy. I sorta “squeak” with delight. I also love sleeping with you, on you, beside you, underneath you, above you, whatever you’d like. I’m flexible.
My foster brother is pretty cool, and we get along just great. He even shares his feeding area with me and I have no food aggression when foster dad gives us snacks or food. I’ve been told I’m a “low-maintenance” kind of guy, I don’t really snore (the ladies appreciate that), and I share my toys. I know that I’d do well in a house with older kids or other dogs because I love the attention but also value my “sleepy” time. Speaking of “sleepy time,” I love to sleep when I’m in the car. I’m so well behaved that foster dad just loves me to death! Did I mention that I was intelligent? I learned how to sit within 30 seconds! That’s a Pug record.
So why don’t you set a new record and send in your application to take me home! I mean, the cat’s out of the bag that I’m the best Pug so come and meet me at one of the events.
Pug kisses!
