Hi, my name is Minky, and foster mom says I am the prettiest little black pug girl you could ever want to meet! I am just 14 months old. My fur is soft and shiny, like a little animal called a mink, so that is why I am called Minky! I am a sweet, happy, active little girl, who likes to play. Oh, foster mom says I should also tell you that I like to lay up on top of the sofa, like a cat does! It is just my most favorite place, esp. if the sofa is in front of the window.

I get along great with all the other pugs at my foster house. There are no cats here, so I can’t really tell you if I like those or not. I do like hanging out with my people. I am not really a lap dog, ‘cuz I would rather be on top of the sofa!

Foster mom says I am very well behaved, and I haven’t had an accident since I got here. We don’t have a doggy door here, we have Grandma, and she takes us outside several times a day. But we don’t stay out there long, because it is hot, and pugs aren’t the kind of dog that likes to be out in the heat very long, ‘cuz it makes it too hard to breathe!

I am in great shape, just the perfect weight for my size. I am also very healthy - no medications or anything. I have been eating a very tasty dry dog food called Wellness. I usually leave a couple of kibbles in the dish, I have to watch my girlish figure, you know!

I hope you will come meet me at an event. Foster mom says I am so pretty and so sweet, she thinks I will find my forever home pretty quickly.
