Read my story...

My name is Miss Peggy.

My foster mom says I am the sweetest lil thing she has ever seen. The vet estimates my age to be about 10 years. I’m an 11 pound black pug.

I was a stray, living on the streets. I didn’t have a good diet and I’m very thin. Foster mom says she can count every rib on me, but she says she is going to fatten me up in no time at all. I’d like to see that happen, as I love food and can’t get enough. She is feeding me about 4 small meals a day.

I have a little skin condition and I have lost alot of my hair. My name is Miss Peggy, but foster mom calls me Miss E.T. cuz she thinks I look like E.T. Mom says with a special diet from the vet, vitamins, supplements, and a special shampoo bath twice a week, my hair should start growing in nice and shiny.

Surprising enough, I am housetrained. I get along with big dogs and little dogs. I don’t snore, and I don’t like to be left alone.

Foster mom keeps a sweater or t-shirt on me so I don’t get cold, since I don’t have much hair.

If you think you’d like me to steal your heart, come and meet me at one of the adoption events. You’ll be glad you did!
