Hi! My name is Monty and I’m a 9 lb little bundle of love.

I came into rescue as a stray, so very little is known about my past. The vet thinks I’m about 1-2 years old as my teeth are beautiful and clean. I’m such a well-behaved little boy and my foster mommy says I’m going to make a wonderful companion for a lucky person or family out there.

I’m potty trained and wait for you to invite me up onto furniture – I’ll even do a little happy dance to remind you that I’m waiting for that invite on the ground so you don’t forget about me since I’m so tiny. I love to be held like a baby and thrive on human affection. I’ll return the love with lots of kisses and I’ll snuggle up to you if you let me.

I’m currently fostering in a home with other pugs, and I love to follow the pack around and try to get them to play with me. Although I have some puppy energy when it comes to playing with other dogs, I’m perfectly happy relaxing on the couch or my baby bed. I get along great with kids and I’m not bothered by cats. I’m quiet as a mouse too, and foster mom is shocked that she has never heard me bark…..she even takes me to work with her because I’m that well-behaved!!
