Odie is a gorgeous young pug boy, approx 1.5 years old.
He was abandoned in a pet store and taken to the county shelter, where they thought he might have mange. APARN rescued him from the shelter and took him to the vet, where he got a thorough checkup.
He has some wounds on the inside of his ear flaps, one on his back just below where his collar goes, and a few stray marks here and there. The vet feels he was a victim of abuse. Not sure if it was dog-fighting type abuse, or abuse at the hands of a human.
Odie is extremely sweet, and very loving. He gets along fine with other dogs, and will make someone a wonderful companion.
