Hi, my name is Oswald, what’s yours?  I bet we could be best friends if you want to be. Do you want to be? Let me tell you a little about me, okay? I am sort of new to the Phoenix area, so I don’t get out to the dog parks much yet. I think I’d like to go, as I like to be outside, and I like to go on walks. But really, I think I’d just like to hang out in the park with you, and relax on a nice spring afternoon. Doesn’t that sound nice?

The nice people at the Humane Society said they thought I was 4-5 years old. I had some bad damage done to my eye, so they arranged to have it removed, and I have to tell you, I feel so much better now that it is gone!

I am currently living with some other pugs and a very active little boy. We all have fun together, but I really think I would like a forever home with maybe just a couple other dogs. I just want to be able to get lots of attention. Oh don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind when other dogs get attention, I am not jealous or anything, but I just love people so much, I think I would really like a person mostly all to myself. You know, someone I can follow around. Don’t worry, I am not a “stalker dog” or anything, I think they call it “velcro pug” where we just like our people so much we want to be with them all the time.

Why don’t you fill out an application and come to an event to meet me. Be sure to email APARN and tell them you want to meet me, that way I will be sure to get a ride to the event!
