Read my story...

Hello there; my name is Peja. It’s pronounced “Pay – ja” like Peja Stojakovic, the NBA player! I am a sweet, happy young boy. I’m only 1.5 years old, so you know what that means – I have lots of energy! I am affectionate, and love going on walks!  I get along great with other pugs, not sure about cats, haven’t been around any of those.

I sleep in my crate, but I love to share the human bed with my foster parents and pug foster brothers…foster mom can’t resist me when I look at her with my big ol’ eyes! I know how to work it! I have very good house manners, and I go to the back door to let you know I have to go potty!

I am currently on eye medication for my right eye, it has an injury but I don’t exactly remember what happened. I am getting better about letting foster mom put the ointment in it. I like getting my tummy rubbed, and I like to just lay by your feet if you are working on the computer. I also like to ride in the golf cart with my foster dad and foster brothers, it’s like our own little pug limo!

I hope you will come meet me at an upcoming APARN event!
