Hello, my name is Pete – Big Pete, foster mom calls me.

OK, yes I’m a big guy! Handsome too, don’t you think? I’m five years old, and my favorite things are to lie around with my people or my pug buddies.

Actually, my favorite thing is to eat, but foster mom has me on a really serious diet; I like green beans, but at every meal? I like to go on walks, too, which we’re doing a couple times a day now that the weather is nice. I don’t see any reason for a forced march, so I just saunter along. I do have some vision impairment in one eye; I get around fine, but I am a little more cautious when it’s dusk or dark and when places are unfamiliar. And it certainly does not hinder my ability to snuggle up and love on my people!

I like to be around people, I get along with other dogs, I ignore the cat, and I’d probably like kids, especially if they drop food. Foster mom tells me I’m one of the sweetest boys she knows. So tell APARN you’re interested in Sweet Pete! And I’ll see you soon!
