Rondo  Male  5 yrs  $275

Hi there, my name is Rondo, what’s yours?  Did you know the word Rondo has to do with music? I like music!  Do you like music?  We could listen to music together, wouldn’t that be fun?  I’m good at listening, maybe because I am blind. They say when one of your senses doesn’t work, the others become sharper. I think that is true, because I can hear you open a bag of treats from the other room!

Foster mom said you would be amazed at how quickly I learned the layout of her house, and I’m sure I could adjust to yours just as well. I know where the doggie door is and go in and out by myself or with the other pugs. I’ve had no trouble finding my way back inside.

One of my favorite things to do is play with squeaky toys. The more I can make them squeal, the better I like it. It’s my way of making music!  I have a foster brother who tries to keep all the toys for himself, but I tell him to leave me alone when I don’t feel like sharing. My second favorite thing is lap sitting. I’m very good at that, too.

At night we all sleep in a great big bed on the floor next to Foster Mom’s bed. I’m very happy to curl up with all my pals. If anyone tells you I snore, it must be one of the other guys. Either that, or I am just singing in my sleep!

I feel great now, but I was kind of sick when I came to APARN. I was very anemic, and it is possible that it was brought on by getting my vaccinations. So in the future, we just have to be very careful about getting those. No worries, APARN will help you get my medical records so your vet will know all the details!

Come meet me at an APARN event. Foster says I’m a very sweet little boy (only 16 pounds!) and I really want a forever home and family of my own. I’ll be waiting for you!
