Hi, my name is Sarah. I am about 10 years old, and came to APARN from the Humane Society as a stray. I love walks and giving kisses to people. I am a very healthy girl with no known health problems.

I get along fine with the other pugs I am staying with since they usually leave me alone. I don’t like when other dogs try to play with me and I let them know to leave me alone if they are bothering me. I only bark when my foster mom comes home from work and sometimes in the morning when it’s breakfast time. I don’t care what is going on outside so I don’t bark at strange noises. I am house trained using a dog door.

I do well with toe nail trims/grinding on the back paws but I get anxious with the front paws. I do let people trim or grind my front nails down if someone holds me snuggly while another person trims though. Foster mom has just started working with me to help get over this little fear of mine. I have no problems with ear cleanings or baths.

I would do best in a home with dogs like me who don’t want to play but just want company or as an only dog.
