Hi I’m Spartacus. I just turned 5 years old in June and came to APARN with my brother Mitchell. I think I got the better name and I’m big enough to follow that up! I am a gentle big guy who could stand to lose several pounds. I like my brother Mitchell a lot, and it would be great if we could go to the same home!

I get along fine with other dogs, but don’t know about cats or kids yet. My foster Mom thinks I’m pretty special and I know she is right! I am housebroken (it appears) and don’t have any bad habits that Foster Mom knows of yet. I go to the back door when I have to go potty and she lets me out with my brother and foster sisters to do my business.

I like sitting on the couch with my people (though I need help up there as I’m too heavy to jump up on my own.) I am looking forward to a forever family to love me and help me lose these extra pounds. I donít appear to have any health problems other than my weight..
So, if you are looking for super nice guy who will love to sit next to you and just hang out or go for a W-A-L-K, I’m your guy!  I would love to get to know you at one of the upcoming APARN events. I’ll be watching for you, I’ll be the most adorable pug, sitting by my brother, and looking for my forever home. You can’t miss me!
