Hi my name is Stewie and I am 4 yrs old. Am I not the cutest thing you have ever seen? My foster mom says that I am a little timid at first and takes me a little while to warm up to people, but once I do I won’t leave your side.

Now don’t faint, but I only weigh 10 lbs, yes you read that correctly - 10 lbs. Now I will let you in on a little secret, pugs are not supposed to be fat. The average weight is 16-18 lbs depending on the their frame. I just happen to be on the very petite side.

I would probably do best in a home without a lot of other animals, maybe just one for company, but I am pretty much into people, not animals!

I came from a home with children, so I do get along with them, but I am not big on being picked up by them and carried around - I get very nervous.

I went to the doggie park the other day, and didn’t do so well - too many strange smells, dogs and people and I was so scared the whole time, I kept running away from everyone.

I still need a little help with potty training, but for the most part do really well I think. I am a little picky about my food, I just wish my foster mom would figure out what I really like. I hear her say all the time,” I wish I was as picky as you, then I would be skinny, too!”

I can jump over baby gates and I am like greased lightning when that door opens to the outside world, so you have to be extra cautious when opening up any doors.
