Howdy, my name is Tex and I am a very handsome 5 year old boy.

Texas is one of the biggest states we have, and as you can see I am a pretty big boned pug (big boned - isn’t that the term girls use?) I am not fat, I am just a larger pug.

My foster mom says I am just the most polite foster boy she has had in a long time. I have not made any mistakes in the house; I even got to go to the store where my foster mom works, and she was so proud of me, I didn’t lift my leg in there once! I have to tell you, there is a lot of stuff where she works and it would have been a leg lifters paradise!

I tend to be on the shy side at first, it takes me a little while to warm up to people, but I am a pug so you know it won’t take long.

I am also a pretty good eater. I wonder with my size if I was a human football player in my previous life? You know how those boys can eat and how big they are!

I am in a foster home with, well I won’t tell you how many other dogs, let’s just say A LOT. It would be nice to find my forever home soon so I don’t have to push so many out of the way for a little attention.
