Hi!

My mommy has been looking everyday for a story that I sent a few years ago. I will start by saying that I was not in foster care for even 24 hours before my mommy came and got me. I was not as cute as I am now, my daddy said that I had a big ol' biscut head. They fixed that with a diet of Iams. We still do not know when my birthday is but it is no matter everyday is a birthday here. I have taught my brother , who is also a pug like me, how to dance. He is no where as good as I am. My brother was not to happy when I came but soon learned that I am a easy going guy and just want to be loved. We are best friends now. I learned how to swim, we go out to the lake. I have gone up to the woods several times and boy there are so many trees to mark, never enough time to get them all, but we try!

Oh Geez my name by the way is George Neu, I kept the name that was given to me, though my dad said that I should be called Beans to go along with my brother Frank. Frank and Beans, ha ha, not. I like the name my mom calls me Georgous George ous. As I am.

I have not been able to speak of my past as it is to painful but my mom said that she was told that I was bought by my first owner and I was not to well behaved or they just could not handle me, so they gave me to someone else and then to another person then to a lady in the show low pound. I was "fixed". Which is good one less thing for me to worry about. I was not going to use them anyway.

Oh I have human brothers and sister as well. I sleep on the floor!!!! NOT I sleep and snore LOUDLY next to the girl she loves me, not as much as mommy but I like her bed better, she lets me sleep anywhere on the bed. She is 14. My brother is always fought over by the boys, who are 8 and 10. I love them all.

Mommy said I need to tell you thank you for taking me in even though it was a short time. I hope all pugs are as lucky as I am.

ok ok...my mom said I have been on here long enough.

Pugsly yours

GEORGE NEU

ADOPTION PROCESS

Would you like to fill out our adoption application? Please go to our adoption page and fill out the application!

APARN has taken in over 150 pugs in 2007.  Won't you please consider making a  monetary donation to help us give these pugs the care they need?

We may have more dogs than are shown on this page, and dogs are coming in regularly so please submit an application and get on our list! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered. Our adoption process begins with submitting an application. We will try to respond to your application in a timely matter, but please remember that we are all volunteers, and often get backed up.
