event.
Just a note to send you
some pictures of
"Puggers" as you
requested. Puggers came
to me just this last
August from APARN and
instantly became my best
friend. When I rescued
him I was told he was
shy but would warm up to
me...well, when we first
met he snuggled up to me
and he's been there
every since. He was a
bit heavy when I first
got him, but he's lost
some weight. Not because
he doesn't eat, but he's
getting a lot more
exercise these days. We
go for long walks and go
hiking, although some
times I have to help him
up some of the higher
spots and over rocks. We
recently went fishing in
the High Country of
Arizona and he saw his
first bear, and quite
appropriately barked and
chased him away. He's 10
years old now, but many
see him as a puppy as he
is so active. Hopefully
Puggers and I will have
a long friendship and
many more years
together.
Happy Holidays!

ADOPTION
PROCESS
Would you like
to fill out our adoption application? Please go to our
adoption
page and fill out the application!
APARN has taken in over 150 pugs in 2007. Won't you please
consider making a monetary donation to help us give these pugs
the care they need?
We may have more dogs than are shown on this page, and dogs are coming in regularly so please submit an application and get on our list! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered. Our adoption process begins with submitting an application. We will try to respond to your application in a timely matter, but please remember that we are all volunteers, and often get backed up.
