Ultimately we care about the Pug's happiness and if for any reason you are unable to care for your Pug we are here to help by placing it into a new home. While you walk down the aisles of an animal shelter it seems like most of the dogs are mixes of many breeds, but not a lot of pure bred dogs, and you'd probably be surprised to find a dog as distinct in breed as a Pug. So why do we save pugs? We are a group of people who love and are dedicated to the breed. The way to help the shelters is to do what we can. By taking the dogs we are knowledgeable about, and able to place, out of their hands we free up space for other dogs to stay and get their chance to be adopted. We can't save everyone, though we would like to, but we can make a difference to our Pug companions throughout Arizona!
