All of APARN’s foster Pugs are protected by Pet Shepherd, NC.  Part of a pug’s adoption fee covers their first year of monitoring by Pet Shepherd, NC. APARN has been so pleased with the extra level of protection provided our pugs by Pet Shepherd, NC.  There have been several occaisions where a newly adopted pug has managed to sneak out of the house, and was returned to its owner within ten minutes because of its Pet Shepherd tag!
